Fractional product and design leadership
For founders and growing teams: experienced leadership to set product priorities, guide design and move from an idea to something people can use.
AI adoption for architecture and design studios
For studio owners and their teams: a practical plan for where AI fits, which workflows to try first and how to test it without losing design judgment.
Talks or workshops
For event organizers and teams: grounded talks and hands-on sessions on AI, product building and the connection between design and business.
Archen · Founder & CEO
I’m building this right now.
I’m building Archen, an AI platform for architecture and interior design studios, launching before the end of 2026. I lead its product strategy, brand and design, working with engineering to prepare it for production.
My advice comes from doing this work: understanding studio workflows, deciding where AI is useful and turning those decisions into a working product.

How design studios can actually use AI
Start with the work, not the tools: identifying useful workflows, running small trials and keeping human judgment in the process.
From design problem to working product
Lessons from building Archen: turning a studio problem into product direction, prototypes and a working AI application.
From interior designer to AI founder
Seven years designing spaces like a Tribeca hotel lobby and a Fisher Island home, then building software. What that crossover taught me about making products, and what design studios can take from it as AI changes their work.
