A concept for a physical therapy app that shows therapists how patients do their exercises at home, and gives them back the time they spend on notes.

The problem

Patients don't do their exercises at home. Therapists can't see what they're doing, so patients don't get better. On top of that, writing notes for every patient is time-consuming.

How it works

A therapist invites a patient into the app and assigns home exercises with sample videos. The patient records themselves doing each exercise and sends it back. The therapist reviews the video and adds notes right on it, which saves time and gives them their day back.

Clinical overview & body mapping

Each patient's injury sits on a body map, so the therapist sees the diagnosis and upcoming appointments at a glance.

Treatment plans & exercise feedback

Patients check off each set as they go and upload a video. The therapist's notes appear directly on that video.
